### BLOCKED SINUS ###

Thanks in advance. I posted a question a few weeks ago (I will paste that at the bottom of this one so everyone has the background). And I was just curious, if I have had a re-occuring UTI, or non specific urethritis that anti-biotics have not been able to fix, until now. How long should I wait until after my treatment of tetracyclyne before having sex? As “The best answer” to my initial question below stated, it is probably a clamydia infection of a low grade that did not show up in the urinalysis. My G/F and I both have been treated, I was given tetracyclyine and she was given doxycycline. We have not had tests to confirm, but all symptoms point as my primary doctor said to non-specific urethritis. And the primary cause of that is clamydia, the “silent” sti. I don’t have the money to see a urologist, and I am hoping this last round (yep, due to reinfection I did another 10 day cycle of tetracyclyine) will take care of the issue. Because I am fine, symptoms clear up as soon as I start the tetracycline. Symptoms re-occured after unprotected sex with my partner a week later. The only symptoms I had were painful urination, cloudy urine, and sometimes having difficulty urinating. There was no discharge whatsoever, or any other signs. Thanks in advance. Three months ago, I drank a lot of alcohol and, got sick. Three days later, I have a UTI, and a sinus infection. They gave me levaquin for 7 days, everything cleared up fine within two days. After finishing the medicaiton, I had unprotected sex with my new G/F for the first time (I am a 30 year old male) and she is STD free, as well as I, we have been checked when this happened to rule that out.

The next day, I had pain while urinating, and cloudy urine. I call the doctor, they gave me Cypro for two weeks. Cleared it up in a few days. At the end of the antibiotic course, I had unprotected sex with my G/F again, as I was “fixed”, two days later, symptoms return.

The doctor says it could be NSU, or non-specific urethritis, so he prescribes me Tetracyline for 10 days. Immediatly, I felt better. Three days pass after finishing antibiotic treatment, I’m fine, no urination issues. Then, I had unprotected sex again, three days later (NSU is almost instentanious I am told but could be wrong) I had very little urine output today, then it turned cloudy. No pain yet, but I am thinking the issue is not solved. My doctor wants to refer me to a urologist,however thanks to the economy, I am between jobs and cannot afford it.

On the advise of a friend, I took GSE today (Grape-Fruit-Seed-Extract) ast it is “nature’s antibiotic” a citricidal if you will. I start urinating fine. No pain, no cloudy urine. Can anyone, somewhere, offer any insight? The only background I can give is male UTI’s run in my family. Again, any insight would be greatly appreciated. I’m scared to death, and so is my G/F. I really hope it’s not bladder cancer, again, I can’t afford a specialist now.

do i have HIV?

I had unprotected sex with this older lady about 5 weeks ago, I didnt ejaculate inside of her. A week later i had a sore on my penis tip ( prob Herpes) Its been on my mind a lot. I went to Planned Paretnhood and got a full STD test done. I have been so scared that this person could have given me something more serious like HIV. After almost fainting while getting my blood drown I left the place a reck. About 10 hours later i begin to sweat and my hands and bottoms of my feet began to tingle and feel numb. I also have had an ulcer in my mouth since the first week. I have done research on HIV and am freaking out even more. now im noticing i have a dry cough and dry sinus. The tingling has not stopped since i went to the treatment center 5 days ago. It has been on my mind so much and i dont get my results for another week. I am a complete mess. I cant sleep at night and i keep thinking i have symptoms. I DONT have any diarrhea, headaches, flu like symptoms. My bones do feel weak though.
I guess i want to know if a tingling and numbing sensation on your feet and hands are common with HIV and is it common to occur within 5 weeks. Any input>???
