Adnoids and sinus problems?
I am 13 years old and I have really bad “alergies”.I get really bad sinus problems were at times I cant breath at all through my noise and my voice sounds very nasally and weird. This is a problem because I am in a lot of theater and singing stuff. When my nose is”stuffy” like this I try to blow it but hardly anything ever comes out and my ears usually painfully pop. Even though there is nothing that comes out of my nose whenever I breathe in real hard I get tons of phlem and mucus in my throat. When I look in my nose allI can see is what looks like 2 swollen glands on either side that are bright red and blocking my airway of my nose. My grandma says that these are my adnoids. Is this true? If so, Should I see a doctor and/or get them removed? If I get those removes will they take out my tonsils too?
