How do you know if your having a sinus or migraine headaches?
I have been having headaches everyday for the past 4 years. Every morning my nose is stuffy and air one side of my nose is fine and the other is stuffed up and has air barely coming out. I have headaches everyday and for the longest time I have been told it’s sinus and I have had 2 sinus surgeries and still have headaches everyday. Now they are saying it’s migraines and that migraines can cause sinus problems. I am so confused. I have had tried tons of preventives for migraines and none have worked. I even did the procedure where you stay in the hospital for a week and they do this D.H.E treatment that is suppose to get rid of them and of course didn’t work. My neurologist is talking about doing a nerve block. Does this work? Please help I need some advice. Also I have pain in my neck,shoulder and down my arms. Sometimes my hands tremor and scares me b/c I don’t know what’s going on. They say it’s from the migraine. I don’t believe it that sounds crazy but I am no doctor. please help!
