Why don’t I remember my dreams anymore? Please read my details?
As a child I once had a severe sinus infection and had vivid dreams of small insects crawling over me. (This illness required hospital treatment for a few days, but is not important , only an example that I once remembered my dreams.) We all dream and I know I still do but when I wake up in the morning, I have no idea what I dreamed. Perhaps only once a year I remember small fragments. Since I prefer the more adverturous thought patterns, I actually LIKED my nightmares. For me, it was more exihilarating than scarry. How could it be that for the last 15 years (at least) that I don’t remember any of my dreams? Good ones or bad? Oh, bye-the-way, my IQ was tested three times for the military in about 1992 with a score of 186 as the lowest of the three. All three tests were conducted in different countries. (I really don’t feel that smart. I’m now happy to be an English teacher for children and adults in Thailand.)
