i have a serious sinus problem. what should i do ?
i m 18 yr boy. i have a serious sinus problem. About some days back,i was having difficulty in breathing. i went to doctor ,did an x-ray of nose…..n it shows that a part of my bone in the nose is extended and is blocking the airway. i have always breathed through my mouth in my life. But the now the doctor is saying that ,the only cure to this is that i start breathing thorough my nose,which will eventually heal the nose bone. He also said that if it get worst,then i’ll hav to undergo an operation which i want to avoid. it’s really very difficult for me to breathe with my nose,as i havnt done it in my life. Also during my sleep, i keep my mouth wide open to breathe. Doctor has said that i’ll have to learn to breathe with my nose at any stake., but how can i do that in my sleep. i’ll have to try it during the day, but still i don know how can i do that during sleep. My mom is also a doctor. She is an anaesthesiologist.
She said tha a nubilizer will help for some time during the day.
